In Harmony with Nature

We run our winery in harmony with nature, aiming to cultivate healthy plants in healthy soils that yield high-quality grapes. By avoiding excessive yields, we produce wines and sparkling wines of exceptional quality and lasting value. In the cellar, we adhere to our principle of minimal interference with nature, handling our grapes with the utmost care and allowing the wine to mature undisturbed.

This approach preserves the concentrated, long-lasting fruit aromas and the strong mineral notes from the gray or red slate in our soils.

The terroir — a synthesis of soil, microclimate, vines, and the skill of the oenologist — creates an exciting and captivating experience in every glass.
