Ann-Kathrin – Wine Queen since 2026

The tradition of wine queens holds a special place along the Moselle. Each year, a new Wine Queen is chosen in Riol to represent our village at festivals and events throughout the region and to promote local winegrowing and Moselle wines.
Since 2026, our daughter Ann-Kathrin has been the Wine Queen of Riol. With great enthusiasm and dedication, she represents our home village and the wine culture of the Moselle.
Her sister Lara had already been crowned Riol’s 50th Wine Queen in 2024, after serving as a Wine Princess for two years. During her reign, she was accompanied by Ann-Kathrin as Wine Princess. We are very proud that both sisters represent the wine tradition of Riol.
